Own the U.S. marketing function for TISAS Arms Corp, leading strategy, brand voice, content, launches, and sales enablement across channels, while coordinating with partnerships and vendor management.

  • Own marketing strategy and brand voice across channels
  • Lead product launches and dealer materials
  • Manage content creation and social media

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy and Brand Ownership
  • Deliver on the U.S. marketing strategy for TISAS Arms Corp, including channel mix, campaign calendar, budget allocation, and performance targets.
  • Evolve the TISAS brand voice in the U.S. market, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint and making judgment calls on brand direction as the business grows.
  • Select and manage external vendors, agencies, freelancers, and creative partners as needed.
  • Content and Social Media
  • Direct TISAS Arms Corp's social media presence across relevant platforms (Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook, and emerging channels, subject to platform firearms policies).
  • Plan, draft, and publish social media content including product spotlights, brand storytelling, dealer highlights, event coverage, and community engagement — with independent authority over content strategy and voice.
  • Monitor social channels; respond to comments and direct messages in the TISAS brand voice; escalate customer service or compliance issues appropriately.
  • Create and update product descriptions, spec sheets, blog posts, dealer bulletins, and website content.
  • Direct photography, videography, and other creative production for new product launches, existing product refreshes, and evergreen brand content.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on marketing, sales support, business development, or comparable experience, ideally in a consumer product, sporting goods, outdoor, defense, or similarly regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency managing brand social media accounts and creating platform-appropriate content.
  • Comfort and skill in in-person representation — presenting at trade shows, staffing booths, engaging with dealers and customers, and delivering short product demonstrations or workshops.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write clean, on-brand copy for social, email, web, and print — AND to hold a professional sales conversation with a dealer or account.
  • Working proficiency with common marketing tools such as email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or comparable), social scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or comparable), and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable).
  • Comfort working in CRM or lead-tracking systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or comparable) to manage a lead pipeline.
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort learning new platforms and tools.
  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple concurrent campaigns, events, and open sales opportunities.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a small-team environment with limited direct supervision.
  • Eligible to possess firearms under federal law (18 U.S.C. § 922(g)) and Georgia law, as this role involves handling firearms for photography, video, and product content creation.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Prior marketing, sales, or business development experience in the firearms, sporting goods, hunting, or outdoor industry.
  • Familiarity with firearms industry advertising restrictions, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads firearms policies, and lawful compliant messaging.
  • Familiarity with the firearms media landscape, including major publications, YouTube channels, and industry influencers.
  • Prior inside sales, order management, or sales operations experience — including quote preparation and order-processing workflows.
  • Familiarity with FFL transfer processes and firearms-industry sales compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with product photography, video production, or basic video editing.
  • Prior trade show experience, particularly SHOT Show or NRA Annual Meeting.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or comparable).
  • Working knowledge of dealer co-op marketing programs, channel marketing, or government/LE sales channels (SAM.gov, FMS, state and municipal bidding).

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance with employer contribution to premiums.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match (per plan eligibility).
  • Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and recognized federal holidays.
  • Employee discount on TISAS Arms Corp products (subject to compliance with all federal and state firearms laws).
  • Professional development support including industry conferences, marketing certifications, and creative software subscriptions.
  • Opportunity to help build the TISAS Arms Corp U.S. marketing function from the ground up.
