Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Create engaging photo, video, and written content that reflects our brand
• Plan, schedule, and publish social media posts using a content calendar
• Capture job progress, before-and-after transformations, employee highlights, and company events
• Assist with website updates, blog posts, and keeping content current
• Design monthly advertisements and collaborate with local magazine on ad creation
• Help maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials
• Respond to social media comments, messages, reviews, and online inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Build relationships within the community by coordinating local sponsorships, networking opportunities, and outreach events
• Visit local businesses, realtors, insurance agents, property managers, and community partners to strengthen referral relationships

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative eye for branding, design, and storytelling
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design software
• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of website editing (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar) is a plus
• Comfortable working independently while managing multiple projects
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Willingness to occasionally attend local events or job sites for content creation

Preferred

• Photography experience is a plus but is not required
• Photography and/or basic video editing experience is a plus but not required
