Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase qualified leads month over month
• Identify opportunities to expand brand visibility within the Tampa market
• Create and manage marketing initiatives independently from concept to execution
• Develop campaigns that attract ideal, long-term clients
• Manage and optimize the company website
• Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic
• Develop a blog strategy designed to attract ideal clients
• Create landing pages for campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Design and produce email newsletters and nurture campaigns
• Build automated email workflows that guide leads toward booking

Requirements

• Marketing: 5 years (Required)
• Work Location: In person in Tampa, Florida

Preferred

• Experience working with luxury brands or creative businesses
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
• Self-management and ability to develop unique vision and execution
