Responsibilities

• The Marketing Manager, Digital & AI Enablement is a hands-on, execution-oriented marketing generalist responsible for creating, enabling and delivering digital marketing support across EHI and its Affiliates.
• Focuses on implementation, coordination, and optimization, partnering closely with hospice and palliative care leadership, philanthropy, and external vendors to ensure marketing efforts are effective, ethical, compliant, and scalable.
• Provides foundational marketing enablement for EHI and its Affiliates, supporting credibility-based growth efforts through clear positioning, digital presence, and executive-level marketing assets.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of hands-on marketing experience, with an emphasis on digital marketing and campaigns, vendor navigation, analytics tools, and platform organization.
• Practical fluency with AI tools.
• Previous work experience in the nonprofit or healthcare sector.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of organizational objectives.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Service excellence oriented with the ability to work well under pressure and navigate a corporate environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
