Job Description

Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager, Digital & AI Enablement drives hands-on marketing execution and enablement across EHI and Affiliates.
Coordinates and optimizes digital marketing efforts with hospice and palliative care leadership, philanthropy, and external vendors.
Supports credibility-based growth through clear positioning, digital presence, and executive-level marketing assets.

Requirements

6-8 years of hands-on marketing experience, focusing on digital marketing, campaigns, analytics tools, and vendor navigation.
Practical fluency with AI tools.
Experience in nonprofit or healthcare sectors.
Ability to communicate at all organizational levels and collaborate in a team.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
Service excellence orientation with ability to work under pressure in a corporate environment.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
