Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• As a Marketing Manager, you'll own the marketing strategy for an assigned portfolio of products, leading campaigns from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
• You'll collaborate with talented teams across publishing, editorial, sales, digital, and ministry while serving as the primary marketing contact for authors, agents, and public relations partners.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing and public relations campaigns for books, digital resources, children's products, and strategic publishing initiatives.
• Create go-to-market strategies that increase revenue, audience engagement, and brand awareness.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Manage marketing budgets and recommend strategic investments that maximize return on investment.
• Lead cross-functional campaign planning with editorial, sales, production, digital, and ministry teams.
• Build trusted relationships with authors, agents, media partners, and external agencies.
• Identify new audience growth opportunities, marketing channels, and innovative promotional strategies.
• Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership.
