Responsibilities

• Develop and follow through with outreach campaigns for physicians, naturopathic doctors, nutritionists and other wellness professionals.
• Maintain practitioner and referral contacts and manage follow-up communications.
• Plan and coordinate social media content for Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile.
• Create or coordinate educational content, graphics, photography and short videos.
• Make routine website updates involving promotions, events, products and services.
• Plan email campaigns for promotions, education, events and customer retention.
• Help promote and coordinate in-store events, practitioner talks and community partnerships.
• Manage or oversee Google Ads and other appropriate advertising platforms.
• Maintain a monthly marketing calendar, track results and recommend next steps.
• Coordinate designers, developers or other outside specialists when needed.

Requirements

• Marketing experience, preferably with a small business, wellness company, healthcare practice, retailer or ecommerce business.
• Strong writing, organization and follow-through.
• Working knowledge of social media, email marketing, website content and digital advertising.
• Comfortable managing several projects and working independently.
• Proficiency with Canva, Google Ads, Google Analytics
• Interest in wellness, nutrition or natural health is strongly preferred.
