Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that promote CASE Construction Equipment products and services across marketing channels
Lead cross-functional teams on brand-building initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Support strategic planning and budgeting for marketing initiatives, ensuring resource alignment with brand priorities
Collaborate with internal teams—including product marketing, network development, finance, sales, and communications
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize future marketing efforts
Manage relationships with agencies and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality execution of marketing projects
Adapt global strategies to regional market, working closely with the global teams to achieve brand initiatives
Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all customer touchpoints, internal communications, and external materials

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
10+ years of experience in brand marketing or related roles, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors
10+ years of experience in integrated marketing and digital strategy
