Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • Organise and oversee advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Create and manage the production of high-quality marketing collateral and content that aligns with our professional and supportive brand voice.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment for all marketing activities.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns against established KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Uphold the company's reputation for professionalism and client-centric service in all marketing communications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing role.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing techniques, including digital marketing, content creation, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience within the financial services or mortgage industry is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management abilities.
