At BathWorks, we are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who thrives in execution, not just strategy. This role is for someone who thinks like an operator, builds better systems, and helps marketing run faster, smarter, and more efficiently.

As the nation’s fastest-growing Jacuzzi Bath Remodel dealer, we are scaling quickly across Michigan. We need someone who can turn direction into action and help build repeatable systems that drive real results.

What You’ll Do

• Own the operational execution of marketing initiatives from start to finish
• Build, maintain, and optimize workflows, timelines, and repeatable processes
• Manage project systems including tasks, deadlines, follow-ups, and accountability
• Ensure every initiative is clearly scoped, tracked, and completed on time
• Track KPIs, reporting, and campaign performance to improve operational efficiency
• Identify bottlenecks, remove blockers, and continuously improve how marketing operates

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of marketing, operations, or project management experience
• Strong business mindset with a process-driven approach
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
• Someone who creates clarity instead of waiting for direction
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Home improvement or lead generation experience is a plus
