Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Implement the Americas marketing strategy aligned with global brand positioning and regional commercial priorities.
  • Translate consumer insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage product ranging and distribution from a marketing perspective.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure strong product-market fit.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end 360° marketing campaigns, including product launches and brand initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent and compelling brand storytelling across all channels.
  • Oversee local content development aligned with global guidelines.
  • Performance & Optimization: Track, measure, and optimize marketing performance against key KPIs (ROI, awareness, traffic, conversion).
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategies.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience within premium consumer brands is preferred.
  • Proven ability to execute marketing strategies in a regional context.
  • Strong omnichannel marketing expertise (retail, digital, social, PR, and advertising).
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Independent, innovative, collaborative, and purpose-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, based in Stamford, CT (3 days in office).

Preferred

  • Experience within premium consumer brands is preferred.
