Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and represent our agency at local community events and sponsorships
Organize event logistics, including setup, teardown, and booth management
Attend community events, festivals, parades, and networking opportunities as the face of our agency
Create engaging content for Facebook and Instagram, including photos, videos, stories, and posts
Capture photos and videos during community events for future marketing content
Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, schools, and community groups
Help identify new opportunities to increase our agency's visibility within the community
Track marketing activities and suggest creative ideas to improve engagement
Part-time position averaging 25-30 hours per week

Requirements

Outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication skills
Creative mindset with an eye for social media and marketing trends
Comfortable attending and interacting with the public at community events
Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Reliable transportation for local events

Preferred

Experience creating content for Facebook and Instagram preferred

He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2001 and received a UT Citation for Extraordinary Academic Achievement. He and wife Kelly have three children and are active volunteers at their church. Our office has been a 6 time Chairman's Circle Qualifier (signifying a top 5% agency). We have also been a MDRT Qualifier and Member. As an Accredited Member, of the Better Business Bureau in Knoxville we always want to make sure we do what is right for our customers.
