Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build an AWS leads database by interacting with customers by phone, email and/or live chat
  • Respond to customers’ inquiries in a timely manner to accelerate their cloud journey
  • Educate customers that are in the beginning of the cloud journey and move them from warm or little interest to active interest
  • Nurture leads with tailored messaging to increase customer understanding of AWS services and unique differentiators with relevant customer use cases
  • Through nurture efforts, create higher value leads resulting in higher conversion rates
  • Actively leverage AI to catalyze your productivity and globalize any break-through solutions through structured scaling programs
  • Opportunity to be part of a team to lead global cross-functional MRC projects, driving operational excellence and better customer experiences

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
  • Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
  • Experience understanding needs of business and end customers and translating them into right solutions

Preferred

  • cloud certification like AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Solutions Architect - Associate
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies related to Cloud Computing and AI
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment where customer needs and business priorities evolve rapidly
