Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing social media and digital marketing strategies to support lead generation, brand awareness, and service promotion.
- Support website content reviews and recommend updates to improve user experience and visibility.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Research SEO opportunities and help implement strategies to improve online presence.
- Maintain and update the annual conference and events calendar.
- Assist with conference planning, registration, logistics, and exhibit coordination.
- Support conference follow-up activities, including lead tracking and event performance analysis.
- Coordinate marketing collateral, promotional materials, and event shipments.
- Analyze CRM data and marketing metrics to identify trends and support business development initiatives.
- Assist with regional and national marketing campaigns and special projects.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, social media, event planning, and business development.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation best practices.
- Interest in SEO, website optimization, and digital analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Self-motivated, creative, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design tools is preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems, Hootsuite, or marketing platforms is a plus.
