Job Summary

Coordinate and produce BHDP marketing content across proposals, collateral, social, websites, and events, while supporting design teams and podcast production to tell cohesive client stories.

Own multi-channel content creation and formatting to advance proposals, presentations, and campaigns.
Collaborate with design teams and marketing to craft visuals, copy, and case studies that elevate brand narratives.
Assist with analytics and reporting to measure impact of campaigns and content efforts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Assisting with the coordination, preparation, and assembly of proposals, client presentations, and interviews.
Create engaging visual and written content for BHDP collateral, social media, the website, newsletters, email campaigns, and more.
Work collaboratively with the marketing team, as well as our architectural, interior design, and experiential graphic design teams, on internal and external marketing projects.
Copywriting and copyediting for web content, project stories, blogs, and social media.
Proposal creation and formatting.
SharePoint intranet site updates.
Creating social media graphics.
Crafting award submissions.
Assisting with email campaigns.
Formatting presentations.
