Job Description

Support healthcare marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and help optimize assets and events for patient engagement.

  • Campaign Execution: coordinate paid media, social, email, web, and events to drive reach and conversions.
  • Administrative Support: scheduling, tracking deliverables, and preparing presentations.
  • Content Development: assist in creation and editing of website copy, social media, and email communications.
  • Market Research: analyze market trends, competitors, and patient engagement opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis: assess campaign metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and prepare performance reports.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: work with clinical teams, service lines, communications, and vendors to enable campaigns.
  • Asset Management: maintain and update marketing assets, databases, and content libraries.
  • Event Support: help plan and execute community outreach, screenings, or webinars.
  • Special Projects: contribute to innovation initiatives or digital experience optimization (e.g., AI in marketing).
  • Other Duties: perform assigned tasks and comply with PHI handling requirements.
