Job Description
Responsibilities
- Draft and develop organic social media concepts (especially TikTok + short-form video)
- Research trends, viral formats, and emerging content opportunities
- Assist in sourcing and managing UGC (user-generated content) for client campaigns
- Communicate with and help coordinate creators and influencers
- Support affiliate campaigns (reviewing and approving/rejecting potential collabs)
- Help organize campaign deliverables and internal systems
- Assist with marketing reporting and performance tracking
- Edit TikTok videos and short-form content
- Collaborate with our team on creative strategy and campaign ideas
Requirements
- A recent graduate or graduating college student (Class of 2026 or very recent grad)
- Deeply familiar with TikTok, Instagram, online culture and trends
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- experience with content creation, editing, or running social accounts
