Responsibilities

• assist with market research, competitive analysis, and the collection of insights on organic marketing channels and user behavior.
• help develop and refine marketing strategies
• support social and content initiatives
• coordinate with team members on campaign execution and performance tracking
• engage in basic sales and customer support activities, such as responding to inquiries
• preparing outreach materials
• documenting feedback to improve messaging

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct Market Research and interpret findings to support Marketing Strategy development.
• Interest or foundational skills in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on building relationships and understanding user needs.
• General Marketing knowledge, including awareness of digital and organic channels and a willingness to learn AI-driven marketing tools.
• Comfort working remotely, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time and priorities independently.
• Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and openness to learning analytics or CRM platforms.
