Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing and brand strategy across digital and offline channels
• Conduct market research on financial markets, competitor positioning, and industry trends (traditional finance + digital assets)
• Support creation of content for social media, newsletters, presentations, and investor-facing materials
• Help maintain and improve brand consistency across platforms (LinkedIn, website, pitch materials, etc.)
• Analyze engagement metrics and audience behavior to optimize outreach and content strategy
• Assist in organizing and promoting events, networking initiatives, and informational sessions
• Collaborate with internal team members on campaigns and strategic initiatives
• Contribute ideas to improve visibility, credibility, and awareness of the firm

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to produce clear, professional, and concise content)
• Experience or coursework in marketing, business, finance, economics, or related fields
• Ability to conduct structured market research and synthesize insights into actionable takeaways
• Understanding of basic marketing principles and brand positioning
• Familiarity with digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.) and content creation tools is a plus
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret engagement or performance data
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree
• Interest in financial markets, investment management, macroeconomics, or digital assets is strongly preferred
