Job Summary

Own trade show logistics and cross-functional delivery for global B2B events, turning timelines into on-site success and vendor coordination into a cohesive brand experience.

  • Event Operations and Logistics: manage registrations, attendee flow, room reservations, and shipments for global shows.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: align with Product Marketing, Sales, Digital Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Creative teams to deliver event assets and campaigns.
  • Asset & Vendor Management: track materials, inventory, demos, and supplier communications to ensure readiness.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of global trade shows and conferences, including event logistics and on-site coordination.
  • Coordinate event timelines including event registrations, attendee management, meeting room reservations, and shipping logistics.
  • Assist with managing event materials, promotional inventory, global demo tracking, and vendor communications to ensure event readiness.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Digital Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Creative teams to support event deliverables and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with SharePoint or project management tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced global environment.
