Job Summary

负责协助本地市场的拓展与品牌维护，主导线上社群运营与线下推广配合，以及热点信息收集与KOL投放等工作流。通过与市场与运营相关经验、沟通执行力与灵活学习能力等要求来筛选候选人，明确工作时间段及本地办公需求。

Own local market customer growth, brand image, and online community operations
Lead content planning and coordination for WeChat groups and KOL campaigns
Support offline field activities and material preparation

Job Description

Responsibilities

协助市场部门拓展和管理当地市场客户群体，维护并提升公司品牌形象
协助当地市场进行线上微信社群维护和运营（包括邀请进群，用户互动，活动创建，内容编辑，用户维护等）
参与市场部门线下地推拉新，宣传物料准备
进行热点信息收集，整理微信社群信息，小红书KOL，小红书内容投放等方面

Requirements

有市场和新媒体运营相关经验者优先，具有良好的市场及消费者洞察力
性格积极外向，具备良好的沟通能力、执行力和学习能力
思维活跃，勇于尝试，充满激情
需要在本地线下办公
可以在9月~11月工作，每周工作20小时
