Job Description

Summary of Job:

Lee Company’s Summer Marketing Internship provides hands-on, real-world experience across a growing, multi-disciplinary marketing organization. This full-time, 12-week internship is designed for students who want broad exposure to how marketing supports business growth across B2B, Home Services, Careers, and Creative & Brand functions. The intern will contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced marketing professionals, and complete a capstone project that showcases their learning.

Education and Experience:

  • Rising Juniors and Seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in both creative and analytical aspects of marketing
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
