Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the national social media content calendar for Massage Heights.
• Write engaging captions and marketing copy for social media, email, and SMS.
• Develop local social media content templates for franchise locations.
• Schedule and publish social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Assist with scheduling and managing lifecycle marketing campaigns to support guest engagement and retention.
• Assist with the creation and scheduling of email, SMS, and app notification campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on content creation, campaign planning, and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
• Help organize and maintain franchise social media accounts.
• Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and marketing analytics.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and current content trends.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Comfortable creating short-form content, photography, or video.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn.
• Interest in digital marketing, social media strategy, and franchise marketing.
