ABOUT THE ROLE

Growly Group LLC is a Google Partner digital marketing agency specializing in Local SEO, SEO, and AI-driven search optimization (GEO/AEO) for medical, beauty, and aesthetic clinic clients. We are seeking a Marketing Intern to support the creation and execution of social content and design work across our client portfolio. This is a hands-on role ideal for a current university student looking to build agency experience in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.

Hybrid — in-office at our Huntington Beach, CA location

Hours

Weekdays, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM (20 hours/week)

Compensation

$18 - 22/hr

Eligibility

Open to for-credit internships; we coordinate directly with your university

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, design, and publish Instagram carousels aligned with each client’s brand.
• Shoot and edit Reels; create and publish Stories.
• Manage the content calendar and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Produce website design mockups and visual assets for client homepages (design only; coding and development are handled by our technical team).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bilingual in Korean and English (required) — most of our clients are Korean-speaking.
• Demonstrated eye for social content, with a working understanding of carousel, Reel, and short-form structure and current trends.
• Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).
• Comfort with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Photoshop (tool-agnostic; we evaluate output over specific software).
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and similar) for content creation and research.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability in meeting deadlines, and clear communication.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• WordPress experience (strongly preferred).
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (a plus, not required).
• Prior experience creating medical, beauty, or aesthetic content, or an active personal social account.
