Job Summary

Own local event activation and content curation for Michigan cannabis brand events, with hands-on event support, multi-platform social posting, and quick visual content creation.

Brand Activation & Events: Plan, coordinate, and execute activations and on-site content.
Content Production & Social: Schedule posts, engage audiences, and track performance.
Content Library: Shoot, edit, and organize graphics and media for brand consistency.

Job Description

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing brand activations, pop-ups, and promotional events throughout Michigan, including on-site support and capturing content.
Help prep event materials, signage, giveaways, and product displays, and support setup and breakdown.
Help schedule, post, and engage across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), respond to comments and DMs, and track performance.
Monitor trends, sounds, and hashtags to keep content fresh and relevant.
Design eye-catching graphics and shoot and edit photo/video content that aligns with our brand voice and aesthetic.
Organize and maintain a library of photos, videos, and design files.

Strong creative design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Photography skills with an eye for composition and brand-consistent visuals.
Self-starter who is organized, reliable, and excited to learn.
Must be 21 years of age or older (required under Michigan cannabis regulations) and willing to submit a background check.

Passion for the cannabis/beverage space is a plus.

Hands-on experience in Michigan’s growing cannabis industry.
A portfolio of real campaign and content work.
