Responsibilities

• Assist in creating digital assets for New Product Launches and marketing campaigns
• Support the design and layout of email marketing using existing templates and brand guidelines
• Help update website graphics and landing page content under guidance from senior designers
• Contribute ideas during team brainstorms and creative discussions
• Follow established brand standards to ensure consistency across all digital work
• Resize, format, and prepare files for various digital platforms
• Participate in design reviews, receive feedback, and continue developing technical and creative skills

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Portfolio showing strong design fundamentals (school projects or personal work acceptable)
• Basic understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn production standards
• Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Aptitude with various social media platforms and data tracking tools is a plus
• Familiarity with consumer psychology and buying habits
• Ability to quickly learn and process information
• Time management, planning and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skill set with ability to find actionable, pragmatic solutions to complex problems
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Aptitude with various social media platforms as well as the data tracking tools associated with them is a plus.
