Responsibilities

• - Create high-quality video content for social media platforms and help grow the PSU Eats YouTube channel.
• - Assist with planning, promoting, and executing on-campus engagement events.
• - Capture photos and videos at dining locations, events, and promotional activities.
• - Support social media content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• - Assist with email newsletter development and marketing communications.
• - Gather student feedback on dining programs, menus, and campus dining experiences.
• - Collaborate with the PSU Eats Marketing Coordinator on campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• - Help develop marketing materials, graphics, and signage as needed.
• - Support administrative marketing tasks, including organization of marketing assets and tracking campaign performance.
• - Represent PSU Eats positively at campus events and student outreach activities.

Requirements

• Current PSU students only
• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred

• - Experience with Canva, CapCut, and similar content creation tools is a plus.
