Job Summary

Own the social content engine for a fast growing table tennis academy by turning daily campus moments into engaging posts and training videos.

  • Content ownership across Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu with cross platform adaptation
  • Design and edit short form videos and promotional visuals for classes, camps, leagues, and events
  • Collaborate with coaches and front desk to capture daily content and fuel campaigns

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Xiaohongshu
  • Support cross-platform posting and content adaptation
  • Design marketing materials and promotional visuals
  • Edit short-form videos (training, events, highlights, student progress)
  • Support campaigns for classes, camps, leagues, and events
  • Work closely with coaches and front desk to capture daily content
  • Bring creative ideas to grow engagement and visibility

Requirements

  • Passion for social media and content creation
  • Familiar with Instagram / TikTok (Xiaohongshu a plus)
  • Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
  • Creative, responsible, and proactive mindset
  • Strong communication skills (English required; Chinese a plus)
  • Ability to work independently
  • On-site work location in Mountain View, CA

Preferred

  • Xiaohongshu familiarity
  • Chinese language skills
