Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and general departmental organization
• Update internal databases, maintain project files, and support event logistics
• Sample Cataloging & Organization: Manage, track, and organize product samples, swatches, or printed materials
• Ensure sample inventory is accurate and up-to-date
• Prepare sample kits for customer presentations, sales teams, and trade events
• Marketing Collateral Production: Work closely with production teams and vendors to support the creation and printing of brochures, catalogs, displays, and other print assets
• Assist with proofing, routing, and quality checks for printed materials
• Coordinate timelines and ensure marketing materials are delivered accurately and on schedule
• Project Coordination: Support marketing campaigns and product launches by managing task lists and documentation
• Help maintain the marketing asset library, ensuring files are current and properly archived

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Current enrollment in a BS/BA program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Must have completed sophomore year prior to the internship start date
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds

Preferred

• Canva experience a plus
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat or other design tools is a bonus
