Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with content creation for digital platforms, including developing graphics, writing short-form content, and supporting creative storytelling initiatives.
  • Support ongoing social media activities by helping to draft posts, design visuals, capture basic photo and video content, and maintain up ‑ to ‑ date, engaging content.
  • Contribute to internal communication efforts, including updating digital screens, assisting with spotlight features, and coordinating updates for various groups and teams.
  • Help maintain and update marketing materials, project profiles, and other collateral as needed.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing activities, including event support.
  • Collaborate with team members across Marketing and Communications to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
  • Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a related Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven written and verbal communication abilities. A sample of writing skills may be required .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Basic design skills using software's like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media .

Preferred

  • Experience with graphic design is a plus.
