Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and updating social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, etc.
• Help create engaging content for social media posts, blog articles, and newsletters.
• Assist in website management tasks such as content updates/writing, blog publishing, etc.
• Assist in all event planning and scheduling, including local community events, company events, and client events.
• Collaborate with the team on various projects and initiatives.
• Conduct research to support social media campaigns and strategies.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Must be able to work on-site.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Dropbox.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, WordPress, etc.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
