Responsibilities

• Build, code, and optimize emails and complex multi-step workflows using HubL, conditionals, custom objects, and branching logic.
• Build and maintain landing pages, forms, and site content in HubSpot CMS, ensuring SEO, mobile responsiveness, and brand consistency.
• Build and maintain HubDB tables to power dynamic website content and manage HubDB-driven page templates.
• Schedule, publish, and report on organic social media content through HubSpot’s social tools.
• Run marketing campaigns end-to-end, from build through launch and post-campaign analysis, and manage lead flow and lifecycle stages.
• Build HubSpot dashboards, track performance, and turn data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
• Champion new HubSpot features across the team and create the training materials and documentation that make adoption stick.
• Partner with content, design, and growth leadership; this role is responsible for technical build, QA, and optimization.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years running email, automation, and reporting inside HubSpot.
• Strong hands-on skills: HTML/CSS (able to code an email template from scratch) and HubL, including conditionals and dynamic logic.
• Experience working with custom objects and association labels in HubSpot.
• A track record of building complex, branching workflows — not just simple sequences.
• A technical, data-first approach to marketing.
• Comfort presenting to anyone from an analyst to the C-suite.
• Great project management instincts — able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.

Preferred

• HubSpot, Google Ads, or Google Analytics certifications are a strong plus.
• SEO know-how and familiarity with GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance are a plus.
