Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content for our software products
• Design graphics, flyers, and marketing materials
• Edit short-form videos for social media
• Help manage and grow our online presence
• Research industry trends and marketing opportunities
• Conduct outbound email campaigns and prospect outreach
• Schedule and participate in software demonstrations
• Present product demos to prospective clients after training
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing and growth initiatives

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new software and technology quickly.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred

• Experience creating content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut, or other design and video editing tools.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to improve productivity and content creation.
• Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or lead generation tools.
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone or through virtual meetings.
• Interest in SaaS, technology, startups, sales, or digital marketing.
