Marketing & Growth Director

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing our overall marketing strategy.
• Managing paid advertising campaigns and optimizing performance.
• Leading our organic social media and content strategy.
• Overseeing email marketing, customer communications, and engagement campaigns.
• Building systems for gathering and distributing content across our markets.
• Managing and developing our virtual assistant team.
• Collaborating with our local market leaders to drive growth.
• Tracking marketing performance and identifying opportunities to improve.
• Turning marketing activity into measurable customer interest, leads, and new business.
• Identify marketing challenges and unmet needs among our existing customers.

Requirements

• Have meaningful hands-on experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing leadership.
• Understand paid advertising, organic social media, email marketing, content strategy, and customer acquisition.
• Know how to connect marketing activities to measurable business results.
• Have experience building or significantly improving marketing programs, campaigns, systems, or businesses.
• Are comfortable moving between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution.
• Enjoy experimenting, testing ideas, and figuring out what works.
• Know how to lead a team and use available resources effectively.
• Are analytical, resourceful, organized, and accountable.
• Take initiative rather than waiting for someone to tell you what to do.
• Get excited about creating something that didn't exist before.

Preferred

• Real estate industry experience is a plus, but it's not required.
