Job Description
Responsibilities
- Increase student enrollment
- Follow up with leads and trial lessons
- Convert inquiries into enrollments
- Build relationships with schools, PTOs, homeschool groups, and community organizations
- Attend community events and represent the school
- Develop local marketing partnerships
- Help plan and promote camps, birthday parties, workshops, and special events
- Help oversee daily operations
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Communicate with families
Requirements
- Experience with FaceBook/Meta Ads
- Highly organized and dependable
- Strong Communication skills
- Self-starter who enjoys taking initiative
- Comfortable with sales and customer service
- Coding experience is not required.
Preferred
- Experience leading people is preferred
- Marketing experience is a major plus
