Job Summary

Support Buffalo Construction's marketing design efforts across branding, digital media, and event support while coordinating with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and content vitality.

Create branded templates, social content, and promotional assets
Assist with CMS updates, site content, and light SEO
Coordinate project and vendor workflows to support internal marketing initiatives

Job Description

Responsibilities

Creative Design & Branding • Supporting the development of branded templates and visual assets (e.g., proposals, presentations, social content, flyers)
Assisting with the design and production of project signage, business cards (physical and digital), and promotional materials
Creating content in alignment with Buffalo Construction’s brand guidelines
Event & Cross-Team Marketing Support • Supporting marketing efforts for internal and external events, including signage creation, promotional ordering, and setup assistance
Coordinating with other internal departments to fulfill marketing requests or content needs
Contributing to client appreciation efforts and branded gifting
Digital Media & Video • Creating engaging social media content, including writing captions and scheduling posts
Uploading and maintaining fresh content on the company website, such as projects, blog posts, or team updates
Performing light SEO maintenance (e.g., image tagging, metadata editing)
Assisting with photo & video production including planning, filming, editing, and organizing assets for company culture features, project reels, and event recaps

Requirements

Actively pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and adapt to a variety of tasks
