Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and management of the HEINZMANN America LinkedIn presence
  • Create and schedule LinkedIn content including company updates, industry topics, application use cases and event communication
  • Design simple graphics and visual elements for social media posts
  • Research relevant industry topics and develop content ideas tailored to the North American market
  • Monitor LinkedIn engagement and analyze performance metrics
  • Support preparation and coordination of industry events and trade shows in the United States
  • Assist with event registrations, vendor coordination, logistics preparation and internal event briefings
  • Provide support during selected events and industry conferences when required
  • Coordinate closely with the global marketing team in Germany to align messaging, content and brand guidelines

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
  • Strong written English skills
  • Located in the Detroit metropolitan area

Preferred

  • Experience with LinkedIn or content creation tools such as Canva is a plus
  • Strong interest in digital communication, social media and marketing strategy
  • Good understanding of how to communicate marketing messages to a North American audience
  • Ability to translate technical topics into clear and engaging marketing content
  • Interest in engineering, industrial technology or power systems
  • Self organized, proactive and comfortable working independently
