Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media content across platforms, maintaining a consistent and engaging brand voice
• Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content showcasing the property, tenants, and key experiences
• Manage day-to-day engagement, including comments, messages, and guest inquiries
• Provide real-time social coverage during events and activations
• Partner with tenants to promote openings, campaigns, and brand moments
• Support paid social initiatives to expand reach and visibility
• Identify and leverage trends, user-generated content, and partnership opportunities
• Plan and execute a wide range of events—from community programming to tenant-driven experiences
• Coordinate logistics across internal teams, vendors, and external partners
• Serve as the primary point of contact for event partners from planning through execution

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in social media, marketing, events, or a related field
• Experience executing campaigns across social and email, with a working understanding of performance analytics
• Strong content creation skills (photo/video and copywriting)
• Ability to manage projects independently while collaborating across teams
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed
• Availability to support events during evenings and weekends
