Marketing Events Specialist

Responsibilities

• The Marketing Events Specialist provides marketing support to Loma Linda University Health by coordinating and executing sponsorships and events in cooperation with hospitals and or departments of the system.
• Performs other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Education and Experience: Bachelor\'s Degree in Healthcare, Business and Marketing or related field required. Master\'s Degree preferred. Minimum two years of marketing experience required; preferably in healthcare marketing.
• Knowledge and Skills: Must have a working understanding of databases, word processing, and desktop publishing programs. Tactful, cheerful sensitive, diplomatic, team player, and a willingness to work through a deadline (overtime often required). Able to work in intensive support staff activities, coordinated into high productivity, goal/deadline atmosphere, including, but not limited to the following: Strategic thinker; Clear and concise communicator; Detail oriented; Oversees multiple projects and follows through with details; Understanding of and adherence to deadlines; Persistent and assertive.
