Job Description
Responsibilities
- Represent Exact Solar professionally and enthusiastically at local events
- Greet attendees and start friendly, natural conversations
- Share basic information about who we are and what we do
- Help identify and collect promising leads from interested homeowners and business owners
- Set the tone for a welcoming, low-pressure brand experience
- Assist with simple event setup, table organization, signage, and materials
- Communicate event feedback, lead notes, and observations after each event
- Help us improve our community event presence over time
Requirements
- Warm, outgoing, and naturally easy to talk to
- Comfortable approaching strangers in a friendly, genuine way
- Great at small talk and reading people
- Energetic and positive in face-to-face settings
- Passionate about the environment, sustainability, and solar energy
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working independently at events
