Job Summary

Coordinate events end to end with cross-functional alignment and measurable post-event learnings.

  • Event Execution: Provide on-site and virtual coordination, vendor management, and logistics to deliver polished conferences, trade shows, webinars, and internal events.
  • Communications & Promotion: Develop and distribute attendee communications, social posts, and internal updates to drive attendance.
  • Reporting & Alignment: Track participation and feedback, then summarize results for marketing, sales, and other stakeholders.

Job Description

Coordinate events end to end with cross-functional alignment and measurable post-event learnings.

  • Event Execution: Provide on-site and virtual coordination, vendor management, and logistics to deliver polished conferences, trade shows, webinars, and internal events.
  • Communications & Promotion: Develop and distribute attendee communications, social posts, and internal updates to drive attendance.
  • Project Coordination: Help track timelines, maintain project plans, and assist with organizing event-related documentation, including schedules, run-of-show documents, and checklists.
  • Marketing & Content Support: Assist with the creation and organization of marketing collateral, presentations, and digital assets used for events and campaigns.
  • Data Tracking & Reporting: Support tracking event participation, engagement metrics, and post-event feedback. Assist with compiling reports and summaries to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other internal teams to support event execution and ensure alignment across activities.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support related to event planning, including scheduling, organizing materials, and maintaining records.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of marketing, communications, or event planning is a plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with social media platforms is a plus
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
