Responsibilities

• spearhead the creation and distribution of captivating marketing resources
• provide crucial support for events through compelling design assets
• collaborate closely with the events team to ensure seamless logistics, enhance participant experiences, and utilize digital platforms for increased event participation
• support email marketing efforts by crafting visually stunning, on-brand emails using our platform (Pardot) and optimizing campaigns to foster customer engagement
• take charge of maintaining our company website, developing engaging landing pages, and implementing SEO strategies in collaboration with others on the team
• responsibilities extend to the creation of visually appealing digital content, ensuring consistency across various channels, and leveraging data-driven insights to refine and optimize marketing efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, branding, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in addition to educational requirements listed above
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
• Familiarity with CMS Platforms (Kentico preferred)
• Working knowledge of e-mail marketing platforms (Pardot preferred)
• Experience working with HTML/CCS preferred (not required)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Outstanding organization, self-management, and multi-tasking/prioritization skills required
• Proven cross-team collaboration with the ability to solicit feedback that achieves project clarity and results in the delivery of high-quality work and alignment of team priorities
