Job Description

Drive on-the-ground marketing events for client campaigns, coordinating logistics, brand representation, and cross-team execution to keep campaigns on track.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and supporting the delivery of client marketing events
  • Helping manage event logistics — timelines, venues, materials, and team prep
  • Representing client brands on the ground with energy and professionalism
  • Monitoring campaign activity and contributing to performance updates
  • Working closely with the wider team to keep campaigns on track and on brief
  • Building knowledge of event marketing, brand strategy, and client management over time

Requirements

  • A natural with people — comfortable, confident, and easy to be around
  • Highly organised with a good eye for the details that matter
  • Someone who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told twice
  • Adaptable — events move fast and plans change, you roll with it
  • Degree not required. Background in events, hospitality, retail or sport? Great. Just starting out? Also great.
