Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support marketing events and promotional campaigns in retail environments
• Engage directly with customers and create a positive brand experience
• Present Spectrum products and services to potential customers
• Help organize daily event activities, team schedules, and promotional materials
• Track customer interactions and performance results
• Work closely with team leaders to meet and exceed campaign goals
• Support new team members and contribute to a positive team environment
