Job Summary

Own frontline engagement and campaign support to drive customer acquisition and relationship-building, with a focus on hands-on engagement, daily ops, and coaching.

  • Campaign Delivery: support engagement campaigns and daily ops to hit sales and acquisition goals.
  • Brand Representation: interact with customers face-to-face to build relations and community goodwill.
  • Learning and Growth: participate in coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting customer engagement and outreach campaigns
  • Representing client brands during face-to-face interactions
  • Assisting with campaign execution and daily operations
  • Contributing toward sales and customer acquisition objectives
  • Building positive relationships with customers and community members
  • Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and development sessions
  • Working alongside team leaders to support campaign performance goals
