Marketing & Distribution Associate, Live in HD

Responsibilities

• Operations & Stakeholder Alignment: Own cross-team communication and data sharing for Live in HD.
• Asset Delivery & Governance: Brief design, oversee in-house collateral, coordinate timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Venue & Ambassador Program: Manage the nationwide ambassador program, vet venues, recruit ambassadors, and collect audience data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Arts Administration, Communications or related field
• Minimum 4 years of work experience, preferably in performing arts or cultural institutions
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with a range of people both in person and by writing/phone
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once
• Ability to work well under pressure and on tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
• Required to work on all HD transmission Saturdays
• Additional nights and other weekend events as necessary
