Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Develop and manage the annual marketing budget. Align marketing initiatives with corporate sales goals and ROI targets.
• Systems & Technology: Oversee the marketing tech stack (CRM, Marketing Automation, Analytics tools). Optimize lead routing, nurturing sequences, and data integrity between Marketing and Sales.
• Performance Analytics: Establish KPIs and dashboard reporting to track the effectiveness of all channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Direct Mail, and Offline Events).
• Process Optimization: Standardize workflows for campaign launches, property listings, and agent support to ensure speed-to-market and brand consistency.
• Team Leadership: Manage internal marketing associates and externalvendors (agencies, photographers, SEO specialists). Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor the Chicago real estate landscape, competitor activity, and emerging industry trends to keep Witpark Homes ahead of the curve.

Requirements

• Experience: 15+ years of experience in marketing operations or strategic marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Real Estate industry experience is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Follow Up Boss) and marketing automation platforms. Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital ad platforms.
• Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable operational plans.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex data to executive stakeholders clearly.
• Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Chicago market demographics and neighborhood trends.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Real Estate industry experience is highly preferred.
