Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the brand’s creative campaign across all promotional channel s
Partner with Business Insight team to develop customer insight plans, success metrics and analyze performance of programs
Partner with the team on ongoing optimization of consumer messaging by channel and creative to ensure optimal communications and performance
Lead agencies in development of brand creative, messaging and execution
Collaborate with internal and external partners to design and facilitate the brand's promotional plan, ensure consistency with brand strategy and other functional area priorities and lead review process to ensure legal/regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of all marketing materials.
Participate in annual operational planning process by shaping tactical plans and budgets required to achieve the brand's strategic objectives
Work with corporate affairs and advocacy partners to develop patient-centric programs
Lead monthly financial updates with agencies associated with brand marketing activities
Manage regulatory and legal review and approval process for assigned tactics and promotional assets

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or in the sciences
D e monstrated ability to lead without authority
Ability to manage complex projects
Ability to gauge the feasibility, impact and risks of proposed programs
Comfort operating in a highly regulated environment and industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6 + years of pharmaceutical or healthcare related experience
Field sales, Respiratory or Biologics therapeutic-area experience

Preferred

2+ years p rior a gency experience
4 + years marketing experience
Media planning/buying experience
Prior Respiratory or Biologics area experience
Advanced Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science
Understanding of US healthcare system pricing and reimbursement
