Own and optimize multi-channel marketing operations to drive timely, quality leads and measurable impact on seller opportunities.

• Own weekly marketing performance reporting, including lead volume, qualified seller opportunities, cost per lead, and channel-level performance
• Manage marketing budget performance by identifying where spend should be scaled, reduced, paused, or reallocated
• Review TV commercial performance, spot placement, creative rotation, and vendor reporting to ensure commercials are reaching the right audience at the right time
• Hold PPC, SEO, direct mail, TV, paid social, and website vendors accountable to weekly lead targets, reporting standards, and corrective action plans
• Oversee direct mail execution, list management, vendor coordination, split testing, and campaign tracking
• Coordinate seller-facing content, testimonials, reviews, social media activity, website updates, and brand assets
• Propose new lead generation tools and ideas with data that will provide a return on investment
• Develop, create, and coordinate short- and long-form content across social media, YouTube, websites, and paid marketing channels
• Manage AI lead intake systems to ensure consistent call quality, scheduling accuracy, operational reliability, and lead handling performance
• Partner with the internal team to evaluate lead quality and improve conversion feedback loops
