Job Summary

Own the regional marketing engine for CA and TX programs, turning multi-channel campaigns into traffic, leads, and enrollments while scaling partner marketing and website experiences.

  • Channel ownership: drive email, social, PPC, and SMS across new and existing markets to lift traffic and enrollments.
  • Partner & site orchestration: onboard partners and collaborate with developers to maintain and improve the website UI/UX.
  • Insights & reporting: translate KPI results and market trends into actionable recommendations for the team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and implementation of online and offline marketing strategy for CA and TX training programs.
  • Develop and maintain email, social, PPC, and SMS campaigns for new and existing markets to increase website traffic, leads, and enrollments.
  • Lead marketing team to achieve strategic goals, hit deadlines, and deliver measurable results.
  • Onboard new partners for website and marketing campaigns and serve as the primary contact for their marketing needs.
  • Work closely with third-party website developers to maintain the company website and continuously improve UI/UX.
  • Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team.
  • Maintain weekly marketing reports to track and evaluate KPIs, monitor marketing budget, and track paid media ROAS.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and identify short- and long-term scheduling and resource needs for upcoming campaigns and events.
  • Manage and enhance online presence and reputation across social media platforms and review websites such as GMB and Yelp.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices and use insights to develop and implement marketing plans across the business and competitive landscape.
  • Perform other responsibilities and projects as directed by the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Oversee the design, production, and distribution of print advertising and company merchandise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising, or a related field required.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience required.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a director role required.
  • Ability to manage and grow direct reports.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms and performance marketing best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing successful marketing plans.
  • Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong quantitative skills and comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Additionally, the candidate must be able to travel onsite to the San Antonio, TX, office or Fairfield, CA, as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - copywriting experience required.
  • Self-motivated and works well with limited direction.
  • Organized with the ability to follow up on and manage details.

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM tools (esp. Zoho) & analytics systems such as Google Analytics preferred.
  • Experience with A/B testing and SEO is a plus.
  • Email marketing expertise (familiarity with MailChimp a plus).
  • Experience in the healthcare or education industry preferred.
